THIS IS ONE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH EBAY AND THE SELLER (sareewholesale).
I DID NOT GET THE SAREES FOR 2 MONTHS.
SELLER IS NOT CONCERNED AND EBAY IS NOT CONCERNED EITHER.
I HAVE PAID THE ENTIRE BID AMOUNT + SHIPPING CHARGES.
WHEN I ASKED THE SELLER TO REFUND MY MONEY, HE IS NOT READY TO REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT.
THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM EBAY IN THIS MATTER.
IF YOU SELECT THE "STANDARD PURCHASE PROTECTION", THEN INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU THERE IS A CHARGE OF RS.50/- PER CASE. I HAVE 8 CASES, A LOSS OF RS. 400/-.
THERE IS A LOSS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE IF THE CM RECEIVED THE ITEM OR THE FULL REFUND.
I M VERY UPSET AT THIS MOMENT AND FOR NOW WILL NOT RECOMMEND EBAY TO ANY ONE.

P.S.: THERE IS ONE SUGGESTION FOR EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CM GETS THE ITEM WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OR A FULL REFUND.
