Hello,

We spoke to Claim adjuster and we were asked to send a new piece to the customer , exchanging with the old one.

We sent the new piece and mailed the dispatch details to ebay and the customer.

Today, after 2 days, I got an email that this claim is closed covering us under seller protection.

This is not the first time ebay is doing this! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ACT.

Till date I haven't received any response from ebay guarantee team, for a claim issue I raised in Oct.

Please correct this claim immediately

Hello there is 1 claim adjuster shriniwas s who always do parshality not only in 1 case in every case of mine . Yesterday iwas call 2 shriniwas s on his no b i was tell complaint him regarding some claim that buyer was making fool of me as well as ebay also. n he said plz hold the line after 5 minutes he disconnect mh call n after 10 mins he was send me the mail that close this claim in favor of buyer. i was geting very disoppinted . so plz take action on this claim adjustet shriniwas s

This is happening with everyone. They say hold the line and the call gets disconnected and no one reverts.. just a mail that claim is closed. This is not fair and acceptable.

Please someone advise on my case above.

Awaiting an action from ebay's side.
