We spoke to Claim adjuster and we were asked to send a new piece to the customer , exchanging with the old one.
We sent the new piece and mailed the dispatch details to ebay and the customer.
Today, after 2 days, I got an email that this claim is closed covering us under seller protection.
This is not the first time ebay is doing this! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE ACT.
Till date I haven't received any response from ebay guarantee team, for a claim issue I raised in Oct.
Please correct this claim immediately
