Diwali Free gift not yet received

Hi,
Did any of you receive the Diwali free gift?.
I bought 160GB ipod with the diwali offer and opted for the 60GB maxtor hard drive as the free gift.
I bought the item on Oct-13 and I haven't received the gift till now. Contacted customer support a number of times but it is not helping at all. What can I do to escalate this issue to ebay higher ups ?

useless gifts Why eBay is even offering free gifts on different occasion if they cant handle this service. I CLAIMED TOTAL OF 6 GIFTS RECIEVED JUST THE MUG TILL NOW.i have informed this to customer care executive but still no effect. they just say sir you are eligible for the gift

I still haven't recieved the assured diwali gift for the purchase I made on October 09( Paisapay ID 25403912073) . I have called customer support number of times and still haven't recieved the chosen gift. For every mail i send, i get a pre fabricated mail. They sent a docket no. too, but the courier company does not have a proper website to check the progress.

Ebay simply lies to customers about these Diwali gifts. They fraudulently offer gifts and then never send the gift. The support staff are simply instructed to wear out the customer. They simply said that a gift will be sent enter the code. There was no place to enter the code so i sent them a message immediately on purchase. There was no statement saying that the buyer will forfeit the gift if he does not enter the code during payment. There was no acceptance of the conditions of the sale. The product is not even worth the price without the gift. This is outright fraud. Those who have been hurt by this scam perpetrated by Ebay kindly contact me. I am a journalist and plan to expose these people with sufficient documented proof of their frudulent practices and even take them to court. Please send me details if u have been scammed by their promises of free gifts

Hello Friends after i read topics on ebay I felt i m not alone buyer waiting for gift.
i would like to share myexperience on ebay.
during dec. i had made some purchase of 14000 for which i received an on working 80 gb hdisk as gift from ebay i contacted ebay for the problem & they said they will replace it in a week or so, but still i am eagerly waiting for their reply infact i contacted them via mail. toll free & chat but case still not solved. any way again i made some mobile purchase on feb for rs 12000 & 7500/- resp. this time after waiting 1 month i called ebay if they were manufacturing gift as per order the reply i got was shocking they said i m not eligible for free gift i mailed them with paisapay details that i have made purchase on 12-13th of feb & scheme closed on 14th, i got a reply mail from mr. SIJU apoli. that ebay is very sorry for the delay & goft will be sent at top priority again i waited 10 days & contacted ebay..THEY SAY I M NOT ELIGIBLE??? ITS EBAY VIOLATION I ASK WHAT HAVE I VIOLATED PLZ. EXPLAIN BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ANY SATISFIED ANSWER.. SERIOUSLY SPEAKING I ASKED THEM TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT, & SERIOUSLY I AM SEARCHING FOR CONTACT INFO OF EBAYS CEO OR CHAIRPERSON IS IT A MULTINATIONAL GAME???? WHERE ARE THE EBAYS POLICIES ??????

Really now only fools would be buying on ebay.they have stopped giving discount coupon.so now price are similar to local shop.i advice people dont take risk of buying from ebay just to save 100-200.only buy if it makes significant difference.

given your feedback score, you ain't buying much from here. i receive the coupons regularly. plus, eBay also has the assured gift scheme from time to time. they have even started supplying manufacturer's warranty with deal-of-the-week items. and then some of the sellers themselves give discounts on their items. what more can one ask for?

however, i have noticed that once you become regular buyer, eBay only gives you 5% discount coupons. I don't expect to get 20% discount coupons, but 10% from time to time would definitely be nice for a regular buyer. -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
