Diwali Free gift not yet received

Hi,
Did any of you receive the Diwali free gift?.
I bought 160GB ipod with the diwali offer and opted for the 60GB maxtor hard drive as the free gift.
I bought the item on Oct-13 and I haven't received the gift till now. Contacted customer support a number of times but it is not helping at all. What can I do to escalate this issue to ebay higher ups ?

ya sir,i agree with you.i am not regular buyer.and i dont understand policy of ebay to give more discount to new buyer.ultimately that prompted me to create new accounts.i dont understand why they are not interested in retaining customers.to be honest if i want to buy any high value item then i will only buy the one which are available in deal of the weeks.because that are available at great price and also from trusted sellers.and as far as free gifts are concerned after reading bad experience of so many buyers not receiving it, i think its better not to expect much.but anyways i think ebay should give similar discount to new as well as old buyers.so that many of us dont waste time in creating new accounts.

Hi, I thought I am the only fool who ent for purchasing item during Diwali gift period and did not receive the gift. I am happy there are others. I purchased an item and opted for DVD player as diwali gift. can somebody guide me about what action can be taken by me. can I approach Consumer Court in this cennection.

I had booked an item for 16 thousand and am eligible for a valentine gift. After so many calls for the customer care i received the 80GB HDD. It is not working at all. I had contacted customer care so many times. The gift was not at all areplaces neither i got the correct response from ebay.
