I have been cheated....

I am not your regular user/purchaser, but i want to be one of the good purchaser, but your one seller has cheated me so badly and not only cheated but disappointed by purchasing sunglasses from a seller called deals_2010_4u. My only mistake is that i trusted this guy blindly and done the transaction.
This seller earlier use to deals with ganesh_gupta Id, the moment he received complaint from my end and some of the other purchasers, very smartly he changed his Id and started dealing with deals_2010_4u. Adding it to this he know the system so well that, in spite of sending disputes on e-bay regarding dealing with this guy, he manage to send positive feedback from our account to his account. I was told by my colleagues / friends /relatives that this is the most secured website where you won't be getting cheated nor any dissatisfaction will be there.

I hope that E-BAY team will take corrective actions agaiest this fraud seller and will refund my money.

Hey this is really a serious allegation on ebay website. Not only this buyer but many others have also expressed the same view that the seller hacked into their account and closed cases or gave +ve feedback. Is it possible to do it.

Ebay should immediately check this flaw and if true then ebay should plug this loophole and release some kind of patch or something to prevent this kind of intrusion.

If required ebay can introduce a 2 level password system instead of the one level password system at present, for fool proof security of the website.

There have been many buyers making the same allegation. This should be treated very seriously. If this is flaw, then no sellers are safe, as it can also happen to them, that others may hack into their a/c.

I mention again, something should be done very promptly to solve thus bug.

many other buyers expressed the same thing that this seller deals_2010_4u selling raplica items and hacked there a/c and left a +v feedback for himself

its A VERY VERY Serious situation . ebay plz let the community know what you guys are doing to fix this loop hole..

but the issue is not resolve in suspending
he can create new id and hack account

Hacking is not possible as you all mention. eBay team should investigate on this. I agree with rajelectroniks that this is a serious allegation on eBay website.

DEAR real.phnx i think u did not read the feedback followup by buyers in sellers feedback profile. its clearly indicate that he is a damn good hacker

I am not sure how the guy is doing it, But if he can do leave feedbacks and close cases from other's accounts he can also hack into our sellers account and change the paisapay account details.

This is really very serious, I had till now regarded eBay security system as ultra safe but this case has raised some doubt, I think pinks should clear the air around here.

We are waiting to hear from them.
