I have also received the email from PayPal. Last time when this happened, the blunders of PayPal and the carelessness of its management surfaced and it was fully exposed to all the people using PayPal so this time, they have displayed some courtesy to inform the members.
Though there is absolutely no improvement in their efficiency and professionalism, at least they have learnt a bit of 'good manners' by informing their members 48 hours in advance.
They mention that they work tirelessly. This is so funny. They should mention 'effortlessly' instead of 'tirelessly'. I hope this time PayPal is able to provide better answers then the usual pathetic, meaningless and irritating canned responses with adulterated English.
