Delay in PayPal Funds Transfer

Hi friends , Normally all funds withdrawn from Paypal to our bank account are credited within 3 to 5 days .
I have withdrawn some funds on 19th feb 09 . Paypal shows funds already transfered but they are not received in my ICICI account till date . Anybody else also facing same problem ???????

Paypal seem to have an office in India but their address and contact information is not available anywhere .:(

i tried to withdraw on 8th of april and it still shows pending in paypal
no money no email for delay
nothing

all we have to do is WAIT

as they are the boss and don't care to even mail their customers about the delay

After having burnt my hands with PayPal's carelessness in February, I have started withdrawing small amounts everyday and do not accumulate money in my PayPal account.

My transactions of 7th April, and 8th April are still pending but I received money for the transaction of 11th April.

I send an email to PayPal regarding this and received a useless response. Also the email was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical error and English was pathetic. They didn't even spell my name correctly. Needless to say, PayPal is the best unprofessional company I have ever came across. We are helpless that we have to use such lousy service.

If you check the community boards of ebay.com and ebay.co.uk you will find thousands of complaints regarding PayPal. Yet eBay doesn't do anything.

eBay punishes the seller if their DSR are lowered. Sellers have to face selling restrictions (Seller Non Performance). But eBay very happily promotes a useless and a third class and degraded company like PayPal which is absolutely unprofessional.

eBay clearly has double standards. If not, then why doesn't eBay allow sellers to trash away PayPal and use a better service?

Pay pal update that withdrawals have been reversed, and they will reimburse the fee also but shortly,
They also say that we can withdraw at our convenience,

Here is the latest email from PayPal.

Dear <>,

Due to a technical issue we were experiencing between April 6 and 9, the withdrawal you initiated to your Indian bank account was not completed.

This issue has been resolved and we are in the process of restoring your PayPal account balance. In addition, you will see a reimbursement during the coming days for any applicable fees. After this has been completed, you may request another withdrawal to your bank account at your convenience.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I don't understand why only PayPal faces so much of technical issues in the entire online world. Never faced so many frequent technical issues from any other online service provider.
