I am writing about my purchase item no 160895033734 (Sony Xperia SL phone for Rs 22500) during the DIWALI DHAMAKA offer in 2012. The Paisa pay ID for this transaction is: 32472830494.
I had already chosen "Jabra Bluetooth Clippers" as my free gift but unfortunately, till date it has not arrived. I have written to you multiple times but to no avail. I have called you but my calls have fallen on deaf ears. My recent call to eBay customer helpline was around 10-12 days ago but the gift has still not arrived.
Please look into the matter urgently and send me my free gift otherwise I will be forced to demand a compensation from you for my time and efforts-not to mention the stress of my pleas and requests falling on deaf ears.
