THIS IS TO BRING IT TO YOUR NOTICE ITEM NUMBER 180532838397 FOR QUANTITY 02 WAS PURCHASED THROUGH PAISA PAY VIDE PaisaPay ID 27017341563 AND THE ITEMS WERE RECEIVED ON 30 AUG 10 AFTER 12 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF THE ITEMS. AFTER OPENING AND CHECKING THE SERVICEABILITY IT WAS FOUND ONE MOBILE FM FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK AT ALL . THE ITEM WAS SHOWN TO INTEX AUTHOURISED AGENT IN KOCHI. IT WAS TOLD THAT HARDWARE PERTAINING TO FM WAS NOT EXISTING IN THE MOBILE. THIS CAME AS A SHOCK TO ME. I DO NOT KNOW HOW DID THE ITEM CLEARED THE QUALITY CHECK AT ALL IN THE FIRST PLACE AND PUT IN MARKET FOR SALE. THE DETAILS OF THE SELLER IS MENTIONED BELOW :Seller:

THE SELLER WAS TRIED TO BE CONTACTED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT ALL WENT IN VAIN BECAUSE HE NEVER ANSWERED UP THE CALL.
REQUEST E BAY COMMITTEE TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AT THE EARLIEST AND DO SOME JUSTICE SO THAT THE TRUST IN E BAY IS MAINTAINED BY THE CUSTOMERS.

This seller is fraud

I have purchased G-Fone G-588 Dual SIM GSM+GSM /
GSM+CDMA QWERTY , item no :170503805104 from ebay seller " gadgets terminal" . my PaisaPay ID 26903709588. i have received this
mobile on 1st July . This mobile was in faulty state . i left the -ve
resopose on ebay & next day , seller contacted me & requested me to
return the mobile to her Sister house in Sec 7 Gurgaon . i have done
same on 6th July , Seller promised me to return the new or repair the
fault in one week & i was Ok for same . i contacted this seller many
times . he is not responding & now he don't pick up the calls . I feel i am cheated by ebay & will never purchase any other item & nor recommend
others to purchase . This seler is fraud & making money using ebay

this seller should be banned from ebay so any other use will not be cheated & un
necessary have the -ve impression for ebay
