The handset was listed as the refurbished handset. With battery,
charger and getting started pack i.e. CD. I have additionally enclosed
him an additional usb connector cable. I tried to contact him for
requirements of blackberry. He is able to access internet. Provision
of balckberry service is not undermy perview. These services are not
available to foriegn handsets. For blackberry service handset has to
be purchased from official reliance webworld.
This handset was listed for auction at 6999 and buy it now price of
11999. Buyer has not placed any bid nor paid heed to discription of
item that what is included and paid the highest price. Average sale
price of such handset is 10-11 thousand. I also offered him a
complementry Bluetooth Headset. Next day he called up with a made up
story that his company is offering him same handset and he wants to
cancel the order. I offered him a hefty discount of Rs 2000 to get the
sales thro. Nobody does that on ebay.
I posted the handset to him and buyer is happily using it. I also sent
him a CD containing applications and software. Expecting a original
packing and accessories for a refurbished handset is not justified.
I am ready to refund the buyer rs 2000 after he acknowledges the
receipt of item and leaved positive feedback. As paisa pay transfers
me money I will issue him refund. If buyer does not have trust in me I
am putting it here for record.
For complete return of handset a restocking fee of Rs 5000 will be
charged since condtion of handset has chabged from refurbished to
used.

It is requested that buyer must be made aware of legal binding of
agreement and when he has received the item on 29 Jul, why hasn't he
submitted this to ebay.
