This is regd. a product won in auction. When somebody wins an product in auction, the buyer is liable to pay the amount within the prescribed date after tha auction is closed or else ebay terms & conditions say that a legal action can be taken on the buyer. On the other way round, if after doing the payment, if the seller doesnot turn around, would like to know what actions will be taken on the seller?
The reason that I'm asking this is that most of the times, the winning amount will be less than the MRP of the product & hence the buyer will pay the amount arranging the payment from any means fearing that some legal actions should not be taken due to this & for that he may also take some amount on high interest thinking that anyway, he's on profit as he is getting the product at a good price. After the due date if the seller doesnot ship the product, is it logical that only the paid amount to be refunded to the buyer???

Logically - Either the actual product should be shipped to the buyer or the current MRP of that product to be refunded.

I think my friends on ebay will agree with me on above.
