Cpmmunity Court - Problems with !

Hi Everyone ,

There seems to be some serious problem with the working of Community Court - putting the Sellers in problem .

I had filed two appeals in the court about 20days back and they still are in appeal state only , awaiting Buyer's responce - while they should have proceeded for the Voting Stage , if the Buyer doesn't respond within 10 days. Correct me If I am wrong . I did write to the administrator Community Court - but nothing seems to move or work .

Moreover, if a feedback is not removed in time - it defeats the actual purpose of the court .

Also, 10 ays time for the Buyer to respond should be reduced to 3 days .

If anyone listens , kindly respond.

The reason behind all this mess in comm court for so many days was because comm court is now linked to eBay Guarantee Program. Just see this link and you will see the new part of comm court where buyers now have to login to comm court and file appeal against the sellers or their purchase. Dear all sellers,

I case was closed in 10 days in my favor as 51% people decided to vote in my favor. Hopefully, eBay will remove the negative feedback from my account as per the email I received today.

Thank you very much for your help. Community court is really a great tool for genuine sellers who have suffered because of buyer's negligence and lack of understanding.

hello seller / ebay team

this is third time i faced problem with negative feed back
received from buyer

i clearly written in my auction description that to shipping time take 22 days
buyer purchase & paid on 10th april & he left nagative feedback on 20th april as not received item

so is it fair the feedback fro buyer

i don't think that always buyer is right ?.....

i don't understand the system of ebay to leave feedback

some of the buyer is playing a game with feedback

when i go for appeal with ebay community court but its say you have no any negative feedback received

so ebay system is not working or what???

But we are still unable to file new cases in the CC. Though we have received negs, it still says no cases for which we can file a case.

Hello Everybody,
We all are discussing about SNP, community court, negative feedback etc. etc. Can anybody tell me why we are discussing all this ?? because to save our account on eBay.in which can be suspend due to all this, And we all are afraid that if we get SNP notice or some negative feedbacks than we will not be able to sell our products on ebay, Right ..... But I have seen a seller who's feedback score is 66.70% and still he is live on ebay with his listing of fake products. So what the ebays investigation team is doing? ? ?
