Hi Everyone ,
There seems to be some serious problem with the working of Community Court - putting the Sellers in problem .
I had filed two appeals in the court about 20days back and they still are in appeal state only , awaiting Buyer's responce - while they should have proceeded for the Voting Stage , if the Buyer doesn't respond within 10 days. Correct me If I am wrong . I did write to the administrator Community Court - but nothing seems to move or work .
Moreover, if a feedback is not removed in time - it defeats the actual purpose of the court .
Also, 10 ays time for the Buyer to respond should be reduced to 3 days .
If anyone listens , kindly respond.

You will have to again apply to comm court for membership and then only it will start with your new id, this always happens when you change your id. You should never change your id when you have a case pending in the court. Apply soon to comm court for membership again with your new id.

Hi,
it seems the problem exist.Their is a case still pending more than 17days.while they should have proceeded for the Voting Stage ,if the Buyer doesn't respond within 10 days.
Members are requested to give more importance to these problems & request ebay to fasten their process.

1)Buyers response time shouldn't be reduced.....
2)Buyer is not doing a felony by buying from ebay and neither is the seller...All must understand this.
3)The feedback system is great but there still needs to be some amends in the comm court system...U see ebay needs more people working on comm court and customer satisfaction....The customer for ebay being the buyer and the seller also........They charge u a fee for transactions on ebay so a seller is also a customer for them....
4)The sellers must understand this that most of the buyers are genuine and sometimes mistakes do happen whether it is lost courier,broken item or something else...
5)Receiving negative or neutral feedback should not be considered as loss of business reputation.It gives a chance for the seller to increase his service.Once u receive a negative feedback try to improve ur service.. e.g:If a seller receives one negative feedback and after that the the same seller receives many positive feedbacks,then it is understood that the the buyer is mistaken....But as a seller never confront a buyer....REMEMBER THE BUYER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.....
6)Some reputed members think that "Buyers with score of less that 15 unique feedback from sellers should not be allowed to give feedback at all"......I'll tell u my reaction to that.....Ok....Ok..Ha Ha It's funny....Well i think that is not fair because the buyer whether he has got zero unique feedback or a billion gazillion unique feedback,he still has to give money.....He is asking for ur service in exchange for money and not free....The above statement is just like saying that a seller should not be allowed to sell until he has 15 unique feedback points because who knows what's in the mind of a seller....I think that just as someone can sell with zero feddback so it's fair that someone can buy with zero feedback...
7)Most importantly remember feedback system is not a game.....Practically it is just a system which allows people to choose whether they want to do trade with u....Nobody can persuade someone to do trade with them....But the vice versa is true i.e. One can persuade someone to not do trade with them.......Be polite to ur customer and also to the seller.....No one is on ebay to lose his personal reputation.....
8)If the comm court doesn't respond to u on time......First read the documents relating to trade on ebay......Remember ebay is charging money from the seller for their service......Saying that I would also say that Ebay is just a trade center....Be safe Be happy tradin on ebay.in .....And don't call ur customers fools or idiots because u might lose a potential customer because of that......Ebay is still growing let it grow and let it connect small,medium and big businesses with the customers.....Thank U and have a nice day!
