I was trying to purchase item on ebay payment debited from account but showing uncessful online neither item is visible on my buying history. Want to contact ebay support I cannot because it needs a buying item id .. how can I get buying item id.
secondly I contact ebay support seller gave 1 year manfacture warranty which turn out he is selling old item and only contain 1 month when I report this to ebay the reaply from customer they cant do anything we need to contact seller and seller never replied only.
is ebay is becoming so careless ?
