Dear Sir/Madam,
I raised a ebay Guarantee claim (Claim ID: 1327638) on 13th Oct, 2015 as i received a defective product.
The claim has not been processed till date (21st Oct, 2015), that is even after 9 days and i have contacted the customer care 4 times in which i get a reply that i will get a call in 48 hrs or 72 hrs which never happens.. Now this is something seriously unacceptable from a reputed company like ebay.....
