Community Review Forum (CRF) is of no use

CRF is of no use because it is made for seller to remove their unfair negative feedback but most cases going in favor to buyers even if seller is right & buyer doesn't response.

01. What is the use of CRF if seller not getting votes ?
02. Or sufficient vote is not made and cases going in favor of buyers ?

Seller who agree with us please post your views.

This is happening to all sellers, the way the decisions are coming out, there may be the below reasons

01. Not getting enough votes so cases going in favor of
buyers
02. The jury members willingly doing it to breakdown the
sellers

And noticed one more thing that pink are not reply in any post from many days, they are aware of it so they are quite. We request pink's to check that enough vote is being made or not, if not we request to open the cases again for voting. Hope will get some positive reply

Since ebay india is not replying...

Sellers should send mail to Pierre@ebay.com the founder of the feedback system and founder/chairman of eBay

Unless eBay India takes drastic measures to unregister arrogant and greedy buyers, who use feed back as weapon of extortion, this problem will continue. Let us realise that sellers matter more than few extortionists. Today they extort helpless sellers. Tomorrow they will extort eBay.

There is no use of Community Review Forum (CRF)
As there is no jury member to vote for ur case and as jury member are not servant of ebay.They also have many personal works to do.Jury member voting is voluntary so no jury member can be force to vote.so now 90% of case we would get same reply jury member decided feedback will not be remove.
irrespective of wat buyer says,In one of my case buyer told to remove feedback but still jury member felt that the feedback sud not be remove..this was shocking

ONLY ONE QUESTION TO EBAY..WHAT IS THE USE OF Community Review Forum (CRF) WHEN WE ARE GOING TO GET THE SAME REPLY IRRESPECTIVE OF CASES.

no pink is acting in any of the post related to CRF ... and you are right sufficient voting is not made that is only the reason of cases going in favor of buyers. We request ebay to cross check & open all the cases which has not received sufficient votes.

I have stopped paying any heed to negatives.. let eBay run its own rampage and I will run my own, by increasing prices. In a way it is good, more negatives, more decisions in favor of buyers, more profit to me by increased prices.

If feedback given to ebay instead of sellers i am sure ebay will get more negatives than sellers.

hope ebay will come out of the shell and why is preference given to few/certain sellers despite their poor performance, i can point out atleast 100 sellers with 95% and 4.5 stars doing business while ours is 97.8% with absolute ridiculous few negative and neutral feedbacks and 4.7 star of 5 still being restricted
