Want Previous Account Manager - Rajiv Bhalerao

hi,

Since We got new account manager Nikhat,we dont feel that she is helping us.
As we put forward her our query she only say will do it and does not
revert back,but same time perviously we use to say our query to rajiv Bhalerao he use to solve it asap within that day itself with 2 hour.

Example :- My paisa pay remitance account was put on hold since 20-25 days,we conctact to nikhat she use to tell me i will see to it till today
it was not done,but we spoke to rajiv bhalerao had conversation with him he sold our query with 1 hours time
and or remitance is again activated bcoz of Rajiv.

to be honest these a/c managers given by ebay/vcustomers are more or less same üseless"ebay is just wasting money through these account managers. instead of solving any issues, they happen to create confusion. however, there still are some bright stars in the league, like Johnson, prashant.
but remaining all seems even less aware of policies than us. 🙂
