Seller Fraud with good feedback

Hi I had a bad experience with one of the fraud seller sale8shop I received the item, resent it back as it was faulty and in return, he reshipped a blank envelop to me without the item. This is total fraud. He told me that my item was mistakenly sent to Bangalore instead of Ahemdabad, I have opened a INR dispute against the seller, please someone guide me the proper channel to protect my item and money.

kindly speak with the seller and check the weight of the articel when it was sent.

Ask for the following

1. weight of the consignment when it was shipped
2. weight of the consignment when it reached you
3. check if the parcel has been tampered with

contact the seller since a call can change many things,

We have sent through dtdc couriers and we have experienced courier people taking out the things and sending lesser quantity etc.... anything could have happened give the seller a chance to state his view
