My Claim ID - 2158334, which was approved and refunded me on 27.07.2016. I am suppose to receive a coupon of Rs.600/- for Re-Shipment charges. I Have called and sent mails about 10 times for the same. Still the same is not resolved. The worst service and worst customer care people, every time they say you have to wait for another 10 days.
Is this the way E-Bay treats customers, after long time i started using E-Bay with a negative feedback, Still you people have not improved after many years. From Many years E-Bay is harrasing customers.
The worst E-Commerce Site & Worst Customer service team who will not be able to resolve a problem and the worst process.
