My Claim ID - 2158334, which was approved and refunded me on 27.07.2016. I am suppose to receive a coupon of Rs.600/- for Re-Shipment charges. I Have called and sent mails about 10 times for the same. Still the same is not resolved. The worst service...

Refund accepted by E-Bay. But not received even after one month

My Claim ID : 498305 which was closed on 14/05/2014 subject to issue of 110% of coupon within 7-10 days. Till date i have not received my coupon yet. I sent mails and also called to E-Bay customer care about 3 times. I didn't got any positive respons...
