Hi,
I purchased a tablet Iberry Auxus on 10 oct 2012 paisa pay id : 32297134729 which was received by me on 16th Oct. The tablet had a manufacturing defect which I reported to Ebay on 19th Oct claim id : 128977. The to my utter surprise my claim was rejected by ebay.in on 31 oct 2012. When i contacted ebay in this regard they told me that you need to contact iberry service centre in this regard but why should I agree to repair a product which had the manufacturing defect once it was received by me. So i have asked for the new product instead of repairing as product had a manufacturing defect which was reported by me once I received the product. Ebay.in is fooling people with Ebay 30 day guarantee. Its a true shame. At least never expected that thing from ebay.
If nothing is done I'm afraid I may be left with no other option other than to contact consumer court in this regard.
I hope ebay regains its back its trust among buyers which has been lately shattered by ebay's wrong policy.
