I'm not writing to dispute about the item I purchased. The seller very well shipped the in time. My problem is YOU GUYS, there was a Ganesh Chaturthi offer going on while I made this purchase, because my phone was above worth Rs 25000, I was eligible for a 32 GB pendrive and a free gift. I came back on your website on the 3rd of Oct and chose my free gift as Creative Bluetooth Speakers.
It has been more than 2.5 months you've not sent me the free gift you blabbered on your website about. I called up your customer service around 6 times in the last 2 months, everytime I got the standard response i.e. Gifts will be dispatched next week. Ironically, that next week never arrived, I kept calling and you kept giving the same stupid answer. You boast about your so called "eBay Guarantee" if a seller doesn't ship the item, who the hell is taking your guarantee when you do not ship the free gifts you show off on your website to fool the customers.
This is the last contact I'm making with you guys with regards to claiming my free gift, if I do not get a satisfactory action, I swear to god, I'll sue you guys and take this matter to the consumer court. I've all the necessary proofs.
