E-Bay Second Chance Offer for Item 7566940368 : World Premiere:The Sony Cybershot DSC S 40 NO RESERVE

Due to non-compliance of answers from the seller Intelgifit, Kolkata I lost the opportunity of buying a Sony DSC 40 Digital Camera within 3-12-05, the last date of accepting the second chance offer. Please ask the seller to answer my questions (details as under ) sent through your Questions From Member section to Intelgift few days back but no reply has been received from Intelgift till 4th December ' 05. Kindly also advise Intelgifit to open the offer 6-12-05 so that I can place order for this Camera before 6-12-05.

1. Is it a new box packed orginal Sony Cybershot DSC S 40 Camera supplies with bill and manufacturer warranty ?
2. Also I would like to know whether this camera has a facility of A/V in/out.

Please let me know the answer of the above two questions on priority.

RamendraSundar dont expect eBay to help you. Your post says it all - Intelgift is refusing to contact you/ give you info on product. That my dear Sir is beacuse he is selling item to himself for ratings. Cant give it to you.

eBay loves fraud Sellers because they list heavily - Listings is where the money is for eBay. Dont expect anything more than dumb answers like contacting yourself. Your 16 feedbacks means you know how eBay works.

eBay loves frauds, they understand beacause that is what they are. Dont forget eBay was fined millions thru PayPal for Money Laundering of illegal betting crime syndicates. They have lost several rounds in court for stealing Merc's trademark. eBay never advertises it's ownership of www craigslist.com which has preferences
