It was a great (from past 20 days) to see more than 250 orders of pendrives from Relience Web World (Bhopal, Visakhapatna, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, etc..).
But the actual problem is, I have not received approximately 200-225 feedbacks of the orders placed though they were satisfied with my service.
So how to guide them get the feedbacks in spite of sending the remainders. ---------------

I am suffering from a similar problem.
56 items are awaiting their feedback since 19th June and many others before this date. All of the buyers have received their items and are satisfied with them.
I have sent them reminder emails a lot times but either they do not get back to me or they only say that I will do the same very soon. I do not understand the logic behind the same.
Some of them, infact, have made repeat purchases but I keep on requesting them. How to get rid of this problem ??
Can anyone from the ebay pinks reply ???

I have lost more than 500 feedbacks from past 1 year. Now I am not ready to lose 200 feedbacks (almost unique) from Reliance. ---------------

we have sold almost 1300 products in last six months and have recived only 350 feedbacks. The buyers simply do not leave fedback after they have recieved the product.
Even sending reminders to them does not help.
We should have a automated feedback system wherein if the buyer does not leave a feedback even after 90 days the seller should get a +ive rating.

I have more than 500 feedbacks pending from buyers who simply donot wish to appreciate the service given by sharing positive feedbacks.
If no problems are seen for 90 days of a successful sale, ebay should automate to give a positive feedback to the seller by default to ensure that the sale is just not a sale. As ebay is based on trust, we should see a clear honest results rather than obeying the policies strictly.

Maybe if ebay choose to get confirmation of receipt of an item from buyers and can lead them to feedback form in the process can solve this issue 🙂
Its just a matter of automation and programming, there has been lots of developments since the time of bazee to today's ebay and we hope this automation will happen one day :-x
