He purchased 2 of phones, which locked to the US network. I clearly mentioned in the listing about the netowrk locking Statement, but he purchased, I understand as well. After getting piece he using some languages which is not appropriate.
I gave him solution to activate on his REF, he rufused,
I gave Refund Option Fully , He refused
After 1 month, He left negative feedback by stating that i cheat with him !!!, Even after getting negative feedback, I sent Email to make solution for this, What he wrote is below :

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION ? i AGAINSE SEND THE EMAIL WITH REFUND OPTION, STILL HE IS STATING THE SAME, i HAVE A DOUBT THAT BUYER'S INTENTION WAS NOT GOOD TO GIVE POSSITIVE FEEDBACK SINCE HE PURCHASED.
