give respect to buyers , if you are unable to send gift to buyers why offer it??????why confuse to buyer??????

I had purchased Mobile worth of Rs.13700/- on June 21st - PaisaPay Id:- 31510187508.I was assured a free gift of mobile phone named Samsung Guru as the Monsoon Offer in the month JUNE. I have not yet received it. I have complained to the eBay authorities regarding this many times. They are just beating around the bush. No proper response also. As per my last conversation, ebay promised me the delivery with shipping details. This fraudulent on part of ebay as I was promised communication from ebay, through sms,call or email ,but never received the same. I understand that it takes 45 days. But now it has been more than 120 days. It’s totally unacceptable. Only I hear is, that the issue has been escalated, I will hear soon, 'as soon as possible', 7 days and so on. And they are repeating those word same whenever I called them. Even i talked to the flow supervisor who is a senior peson of ebay team. They gave a false shipping address & asked me to go directly to the courier office and i was fooled by the Ebay. I am very disappointed. After using all sort of online shopping sites like flipkart, snapdeal, etc, I can guarantee that eBay's support is worst than any. I am now thinking of moving to consumer court for legal action against eBay. At least they can inform the particular date, even i can wait for that, but these stupid are again cheating and cheating. The very worst experience i had from them. So it’s a humble request to all buyers don’t rush your purchase when they doing the same in offer period like monsoon, winter, father’s day, friendship day etc....they are good and brainwash you easily. It’s not the only problem for me, even my colleagues (PaisaPay ID 31532507166) are also suffering from the same issues. So we lost our patience and going for the consumer court now. Here after i am going to stop the purchase from these international fraudulent online shoppers EBAY.

i am eligible a gift samsung galaxy pocket.i have redeemed my gift on 28/09/12 in redemption link on ebay.then i have chat the ebay's chat agent in 4 times.first they asked 45 t0 60 days to take the gift sending.after 60 days i have't received.after i chating the agent requesting onether 10 days.after 10 days i have't received.finally he asked

I have not received nay repsonse from anyone from e-bay regarding a gift which i have not received for more than 4 months...i have snt a E-mail no one reverts to the mails, calls to customer care are disconnected as they dont have a resolution..no help from anyone can anyone support and find some help how to get the gift any escalation procedure.

Till now i didnt get the gift for the monsoon offer. Its over more than 8 months. they didnt response me properly and making it very late.If u r not able to provide the gift, y u r advertising and make the people fool. Worst service when compare to Flipkart,Homeshop18 etc.....

we all facing same problem from eBay b'cos i am also yet not receive my gift which i was purchase on Diwali and i also called 5 times and chat with customer center but every time gave me only next date so i am closing my account in future b'cos of bad service from ebay.

I had purchased a Sony Mobile on september 2012 and i was eligible for Ganesh ustav gift, the same was reedemed by me on october. But till this day i would nt get any gift from them whenever i contacted with them they are saying that my gift will be sent on next weekm after 10 days, before february last week and so on. finally they told me that it will take more 15 days this type of thing is continuing from last december and now it completed 6 months. I want to only his whether this gift offering is a way of cheting people by ebay.

Hi Team, I shopped in ebay during Christmas for Rs.20100 and used my Gift Promotion to claim a MicromaxQ50 Mobile as the gift. I got a sms from ebay to my mobile number during February that my gift has been shipped[ through Bluedart, AWB.No: 13433873924] to my registered address. When i tried to track the shipment using the AWB NO sent to my mobile, it showed the item is delivered to a different person. When i reached out customer care regarding this issue, they told that people from promotion team will call me back to solve the problem. Till date i did not receive any call from the promotion team, and i reached out customer care regarding this more than 4 times. The Customer care executive who attended me today provided me this email id (inpromotions@ebay.com) to reach out the promotion team. Kindly provide me an update regarding this. It is almost 4 months since i claimed my gift and yet to receive. Pathetic Customer Support Experience al the way !!! I have a dozen complaing numbers! No resolution!
