Gifts should be given to those buyers who pays the seller after winning an auction on eBay. Buyers who buys fixed priced items should be given discount coupons which they can use only while paying for auctioned items.

and another MAJOR PROBLEM IS: PEOPLE WON'T OPEN A THREAD HERE ONCE THEY RECEIVED THEIR GIFTS AND THIS IS WHY THEY ARE MORE THREADS OF THE SAME TOPIC.

I AM SURE MORE THAN 99% WHO OPENED A THREAD IN THIS DISCUSSION BOARD STATING THEY HADN'T RECEIVED THEIR FREE GIFTS ARE ALL HIDING NOW WITH OUT POSTING A SINGLE REPLY REGARDING THEIR GIFTS.

REMEMBER: it takes 45-60 WORKING days to receive your gifts.
and i recommend all buyers who received their gifts post a reply of what they have received as their gift.

eBay promotes fakes. Beware. If you lodge a complaint against the seller, he threatens you through the eBay mail in writing and no action is taken. The fake item sold to you remains with you and your money is gone. eBay team doesn't have the courtesy to even respond to your numerous complaints. In fact eBay is an invisible entity whose job is to lure you to buy with no redressal for your problems.
Is eBay reading this? wake up and respond.

We have ordered the Item 270988335122 from your website with the Father's day celebration ebay coupon, which was a 16GB micro SD card. You had sent an email that it would be shipped in the first week of July, but till date we haven't received it. The Seller is saying it would be from ebay.

We had 3 chats with your CC executives and the last one assured that it would reach by 30th Sept 2012. But till date we havn't received any ebay gift.

This is the worst service being provided by Ebay India. I used Ebay US when I was there and Ebay US support was superb.

Here in India, I have been calling customer care to resolve my refund payment and they always say its under process. Its been more than 10 days and still under process. Moreover they dont send any acknowledgement of complaint (like any email from ebay or tkt number).

Initially they told my payment cannt be processed and it will be refunded back to your account and I will have to buy it again. When I bought the item second time the first payment got processed. and seller sent the item also. I requested seller to cancel the second purchase, he is not denying however neither cancelling the purchase. This is the amazing system used by Ebay india where they cant do any thing at their end. Only seller can cancel the payment. Is Ebay india running for Sellers or Buyers?

Ebay says contact Seller. Why should I contact seller, i approached Ebay not to the seller. Its ebay's responsibility to contact seller and get the things done in favor of Buyers.

it we were in US, Ebay would have been sued for million of dollars for this mistake.

but this is india and yahan sab chalta hai...Ebay is MNC but being run by Indian people so sab chalta hai

I have redeemed a gift on sep 7 and till now I have not reciedve the gift. Everytime I chat with the customer support they will say you will get the gift in 45 days.
Every time I chat I get the answer the gift will be dispatch with in 7 days from our side.I am still waiting for free gifts.....Never shop for free gifts its just a scheme to fraud people.
