10% Coupon Not Working

I got a flat 10% discount coupon (valid till 30th june 2012) but it is not working now

Read below the coupon,it indicates that purchase should be of minimum rs 2000.Or in some cases rs. 5000.

Same here 10% not worked even if I am matching with all criteria.
In addition to this I report this problem to Ebay Customer care via email but not received answer after 12 Days ...
