DTDC nightmare for the 3rd time.

Ebay team, please somehow force your sellers to discontinue using DTDC service. Their service is really very troublesome in Goa.

This is my 3rd purchase on ebay, and as expected, he sent it via DTDC. This time also I had to collect the package by myself from their Panaji branch, which is like 25km from my place.

I bought this item http://www.ebay.in/itm/Jackly-31-1-screw-driver-set-/261055500096?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item3... on Saturday July 7, and the seller shipped it on Monday July 9. The item reached their Panaji branch on Wednesday morning July 11 at 8:20AM. I waited the entire day, but the package didn't arrive. I called them today in the morning, and they told me to collect the package by myself!X-(

I've bought many items on Flipkart and infibeam (by AFL courier), and they have delivered the item at my doorstep. No hassle ever. I don't know why DTDC has this double standard.

So, Ebay, though your deals are attractive, I'll have to think twice before buying from you again. Please do something about it ASAP.

Check the listing again, the seller has said very clearly that he ships ONLY BY Bluedart then why has he sent by DTDC you have the right to know. All good sellers usually indicate in their listing by which couriers they ship and they ship by the same courier. It is the duty of the seller to see that it reaches your doorstep, you should not have collected it and should have informed the seller about it, I am sure he would have got it delivered to your door.
