I bought an item (***) from *** on 26/05/2013 but it was damaged.So i raised a Replacement claim .But the item was not replaced by the seller.So as per the advice of ebay i reshipped the item back to the seller for refund on 17/8/2013 .Ebay promised me to send refund(Rs.22000) .Ebay also promised that the courier charges(Rs.5842) will be send in the form of ebay coupons.                 I have sent so many mails and have contacted ebay customer support so many times through phone and also as chat. 1 week passed but still there is no reply from ebay customer support.I want my money back pls help me .                                                                                                   lekhaprakash2013                                                                                                   Ebay claim ID:-*** ... Bought an item on Ebay. And it was a Bad Experience. My money is gone to paisapay and no paisapay id is generated. Wanted to share my horrific experience with eBay India, to caution other online customers. 1) Purchased Kent Max water purifier worth 6800  - Pay paisa ID 34148567714on 28 the July 2013) 2) Still now product was not delivered So I raised a claim with eBay on  10 the August 2013 with CLAIM ID 257696 3) No action from ebay.in for 2 weeks. I  called customer support 5 times meanwhile - they said they will escalate this to their claim department and will respond in 48 hours.  4.) One day when I called eBay customer care one Mr. vineeeth confirmed that my claims has been approved you will receive the email tomorrow about the details of your refund confirmation. 5. Believing the EBAY representative I bought another product from local market. After waiting 48 hours I didn't received any mail of the refund from eBay so I called e bay customer support but now they are telling my refund is not approved.   6.) So today I called asked for the senior persons they have transferred to one of their shift supervisor. He talked to me in a arrogant manner like I begged for any thing from him.    7,) I clearly said I don't want the product any more but he is not willing to hear my issue and told me that we cannot assure your refund.     Being a IT professional we used to by majority of things online from eBay or via flipkart   If the issues is not resolved in my favour i will make sure this experience with EBAY will come in every local blog in our IT park and also facebook and other public blogs and will end up in consumer court This is either the mistake group wrong people sitting worong seat in your support center or a brilliant scam from ebay india - they make rosy claims on their website about safeguarding buyers under the guarantee. Reference:PaisaPay ID 34197931951 The seller informed me on 07/08/2013 after 4 days of the order made on 03/08/2013 that he is not having my choiced colour WHITE and he is trying to deliver the same by the specified due date of 9th August,2013.He was to confirm the order shipping status on 09/08/2013 but neither he confirmed the order shipping status nor he cancelled the order on his failure to deliver the ordered item and refund the full amount paid. Ebay is the best site for online shopping..   unfortunately, there is no option to refer the comments/feedback of a particular item only, if it is bought by somebody earlier.   we can see the comment received to the seller (for all products). but for the particular product, what is the *mark rating, shipping time etc, there is no answer...   kindly take this issue seriously so that we will get the most idea of the particular item who received by other buyers.. ...
