I bought an item (***) from *** on 26/05/2013 but it was damaged.So i raised a Replacement claim .But the item was not replaced by the seller.So as per the advice of ebay i reshipped the item back to the seller for refund on 17/8/2013 .Ebay promised me to send refund(Rs.22000) .Ebay also promised that the courier charges(Rs.5842) will be send in the form of ebay coupons.
I have sent so many mails and have contacted ebay customer support so many times through phone and also as chat.
1 week passed but still there is no reply from ebay customer support.I want my money back pls help me .
