I have not received the item even after 45+ days. Now the seller is quoting the reason for the delay as the low price quoted is the reason they cannot select good courier service. The courier service they have selected does not have a courier or airway bill as they provide service at cheap rates...Can some body advise the escalation process...Thanks.
