Transaction not completed, but credit card has been charged

I tried to pay using Paisapay on 25/8/2009, but the transaction was not completed and it gave an error message. However, my credit card has been charged for the amount. When I try to leave a message for rejected eBay transaction, the message is blank. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

i tried buying a game for Rs.3990 and it said "Your PaisaPay credit / debit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type."
and iv tried different accounts/different credit cards and tried like 10 times(different days too)
and tried clearing cache n cookies too but it didnt work.and all the information i entered was correct.
WAIT DOES THIS MEAN THAT IL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT 10 TIMES??????????!!!!!!
