Paisa Pay problems

I have placed order number 5965483841. I paid using credit card by paisa pay. The seller has contacted me and told that you have not informed them about payment being received. Please cancel my order if you do not intend to deliver the goods.

I can not wait for eternity for receiving the items.

I have paid for 6 items from one seller and mail has been sent to me that my payment has received but today i am receiving again a mail that my payment is failed.I don't know what this system of ebay are doing.I am worried about my money.
