I have buy two different items from seller Deccani pearls but after informing the matter to customer support my matter is still pending.Why this ebay team doesn't have anyn control over the sellers?Why should we go to file a case against seller?This is ebay's duty to collect our money and refund us.We do not have so much time to file a case or wastage of money.
