Why is the rating point withdrawn from sellers ratings, when a BUYER FAILS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION (either by non-payment / erroneous order). Is the seller not eligible to gain the FEEDBACK RATING, posted by the buyer of the failed transaction ?
