FEEDBACK from BUYERS

After completion of transaction, buyers (unknowingly) send a +ve feedback thru ebay mail, and not following the proceedure laid down by ebay,
thus depriving the seller of a rating point.

my question is, "IS THERE A WAY TO CONVERT THE MSG. RECVD. FROM THE BUYER viz-a-viz +VE FEEDBACK, into the RATINGS COUNTER."

Unfortunately, the system is not able to recognise feedback received in mails or personal inbox of a seller. However to encourage the buyer to elave feeddabck for you, you may send him the following link, clicking on which, he will directly land on the feedback page, and can leave feedabck for you.
