Improper courier details shared by seller. How to track the shipment!

My shipping address is in Kolkata, whereas the shipping details provided, shows that the item has been delivered at Ghaziabad. When contacted Seller through email and SMS, didn't reply. When called, not reachable. Please Suggest!
