India post registered mail tariff increase

I am a regular international registered mail booking customer.
Since few days am seeing registration charges as 150 for registered forigen letter service and small packet service Earlier it was 70 rs.
Is there any tariff increase? If yes is there any notification? Kindly let me know. Thanks
