I am from India and want sell Web design service on ebay.com directly and in foreign currency. I have a PayPal account too.   I found some answers like activating international shipping but also found that it is only visible when someone specifically search for my item code or something like that.   Someone answered in this community (to a query similar to mine) that the best way is to go to ebay.com and hit "sell" directly. But the problem is when I am doing the same it asks me to register as a business account and sends me to the registration form. The first field of the form is country and whenever I put India the page automatically takes me to ebay.in and shows an entirely different registration form specifically for selling in India.   I want to appear on such page : http://www.ebay.com/sch/Web-Design/47105/i.html   It will be very helpful if anyone can guide me the way.   Thank you ... About 2 and half years ago, I paid exccess payment to ebay but since then requesting them every week to get refund . Not getting money back but get only recorded msgs in the mind of customer reps like " we are very sorry" , we can understand your situation" , you will get your money back soon ....nothing happened so far after more than 2 years. If by mistake we forget to pay monthly billing then they immediately put our remittances on hold even after one day ? this is not fair....can anybody tell me the way to get money back.....? i am seller. whenever we generate refund after buyers request or any other reason. we dont recieve any money but ebay doesnt take back his final value charge. Hi, Why should be a seller deprived of a positive feed back say after a month or two of not receiving any feed back. The seller would have exercise his options if the product was not working of acceptable to him. For example look at the state of the seller. Let us say Sold 500 pieces Received positive feed backs 50 Received negative feed back 5 Members postive feed back percentage is 90% This is not the true picture of the seller He has 445 buyers who have not left a feed back. Hi,   Recently I exprienced a new situation. Obviously, Ebay does not guarantee efficiency status of buyer but if at happens that  you have sold a goods to an abnormal / unethical / unauthentic buyer (of course. you are blind at the time getting in a transaction ). Ebay cares for Payment / Shipping / Pleasure of buyer for transaction as whole. Is the matter ends here, What if buyer - misbehave , try to spoil credebility of seller , use abused language through negative feedback. My question is, Under online plateform behaviour of buyer and seller in reference to an assets to this community can be judged by his presence and understanding not merly by exercising excessive right or misusing rights. I request eBay authrity to be considerable and postive to seller under overall situation and do not protect buyer just seck of that he is a BUYER- must look at his mental efficiency level also.
