About 2 and half years ago, I paid exccess payment to ebay but since then requesting them every week to get refund . Not getting money back but get only recorded msgs in the mind of customer reps like " we are very sorry" , we can understand your situation" , you will get your money back soon ....nothing happened so far after more than 2 years. If by mistake we forget to pay monthly billing then they immediately put our remittances on hold even after one day ? this is not fair....can anybody tell me the way to get money back.....? I talked to even senior level also but of no use.
you must be surprising that amount is only Rs 444.62......
