paisapay suspended my account without any reason.. Bewer seller..

I want your urgent help !!!!

Kindly Let me know the reason why my Paisapay account is suspended and why PaisaPay remittance is on hold???

I am a power seller with excellent track record. also Paisapay provide me ER facility last month.

Now suddenly my paisapay account had been suspended by paisapay on 10/07/2008. I complain to customer support. customer support team reply me to - send POD copy. I send POD copy on 12/07/2008 . But still today my account suspended and my more than 22000 remitance is on hold. I mostly use DTDC courier and DTDC courier is provide on line Tracking system.

There is no complain from my any buyers.

I Think this Days are very worst for sellers on ebay.

I request eBay.in Please Contact buyer and ask if I'm not a honest seller.

I never expected this from eBay.in

If you guys still thinks I'm wrong then please suspend my account.

I think we got a lesson to learn. What does PaisaPay has to say? This is a flimsy pretext to block payment. Why do you hold back payment if there is no complain from buyers? We want reply from PaisaPay here in the community.

I wrote to customer care twice and also complain on phone and Live chat. But they only reply that your case is under review. even they are not giving me reason that why my account suspended and my remitance is on hold. There was no restriction on my account earlier.

Why didnt this people warn in advance? and or giving in reason before taking this kind of drastic steps.
May be they are instill fear in sellers mind.

and you write that in your listing too 🙂 .

At this juncture external problems in the sensitive cataegory you are into ....
you would be taking a great risk following the same route.

Thanks for your comments..!!! But i don't want to misguide my buyers. I have also seen that Lots of items like this are listed on ebay.com. They also mention clearly that- this item is marked "not for sale" or GWP size. I don't think this is a problem. Also i have seen in perfumes so many seller sell "Tester" unit. and "tester" units are always marked " not for Sale".
I think this matter is realeted to ebay account not paisapay account.
