bad support from EBAY

Hi Folks

My remmitance Rs 11000 has been put on hold. after sent the required documents asking ny paisapay, still there is no reply from paisapay, I wrote 3 mails to paisapay about my Remmitance, Still there is no reply from EBAY Paisapay.

lot of money waste for sending the documents thr fax and valuable time waste for this issue.

Live chat is poor, phone support is also helpless.

only support is mails, but no replies,

For small issues, they give replies,

for important issues like paisa pay remmitance, there is replies.

Can any body help me how to proceed this issue.

dont worry they have some policies regarding payment... if they doesnt pays you in sitpulated time you are entitled interest on that amount

I believe this is the first time you are posting on our community boards and I really appreciate your effort in letting us know about your concerns.

I'd also like to congratulate you on having sold items on our platform successfully.

Your PaisaPay remittances are on hold as RBI had discontinued remittances from any banks due to the recent events in Mumbai. Moreover, as announced to the community eBay offices were closed during this period and hence could not process any remittances.

I'd request you to be patient and co-operate with us in this needy situation and we will surely be back to our efficiencies starting Monday :-).

thebulkseller87 - Thank you for posting on this discussion however I'd like to make a correction by confirming that there is no policy which states that any interest will be paid in any condition/matter.
