Hello Fellow Sellers,
I have a very bad experience last month with a foreign buyer who purchased a trumpet from us and after receiving it, claims that it is old. We are dealing with only new instruments and when we said that OK, if you do not like it plz send it back and we will replace or refund your 100% amount. But he said that I should refund his whole amount or send him another trumpet and then he will send back and also left a negative feedback. But we have very clearly mentioned in our return policy also that buyer has to send back the item for replacement. But since buyer insisted that i should refund him first, he files a dispute with ebay and then after 2 weeks agrees to send back the item. The item he sent has reached in delhi customs and i contacted him about that then he said that you are not returning my money so he closed the dispute and file a case to ebay trust and safety department.
Now I am baffled what to do?
Without a fault of us, because we sent the Brand NEW trumpet to him, we are suffering a lot with negative feedback and unjustifiable dispute.
Also eBay people are not supportive to me. I dont know why they people are acting in such manner?
Anybody if having any idea how to tackle this situation will be of great help to me.
