Two wrong refunds are issued today by eBay in favour of buyer without our consent
We have seen two shocking refunds getting issued to buyer today by ebay when we have already provided the required information to keep them on hold. Here are the details i.e.
1. PaisaPay ID 27831770444. (KMM40962353V50213L0KM)
We sent POD to ebay paisapaypod@ebay.com on 4th day (4.12.2010) after refund request initiated. The product was delivered to buyer through DTDC courier via AWB no. Z25014671.
Today, on 6.12.2010 we got the mail from eBay that refund has been approved without any any of our prior consent.
Later, we got another email in reply to our earlier email on 4.12.2010 that refund is put on hold.
Now, we do not know that which mail to believe till we can verify the same with next remittance.
2. Refund for ( eBay Guarantee Claim No 37184 )
We mailed to ebay 20 days ago that kindly ask the buyer to refund the product back to us so that we can issue the money refund. We agreed for money refund even when we do not have money back policy in our eBay listing.
Last week a lady from ebay called us and we again intimated the same status to her. She said that will communicate the same to the buyer.
Thereafter, we saw in today's remittance that payment has been deducted from our account towards same claim without any prior of our consent in this regard.
Now the buyer has got both the product and money refund.
Will eBay look into the matter and provide the justice so as to keep our faith alive in EXTENDED seller protection policy?
