Why Sellers are opening their own Selling Websites leaving eBay.in?
Why Sellers are leaving eBay.in and searching for other country eBay sites?
Why they are trying well to start their own selling sites?

View 1 : Simple, eBay.in having nomad executives to deal with its Customers in a loyal way and failure of few customer support executives in rendering proper help in the right time and over enthusiastic/lazy/prejudice/copypaster Trust & Safety executes (many of them).

View 2 : Sellers want to have freedom of their own genuine/fantastic policies and a meet buyer requirements to provide fabulous experience.

View 3 : Sellers want to grow individually.

View 4 : Sellers want to earn more profit and give items at lesser prices.

Ofcourse, we always agree that eBay is a great place to sell or buy and there are excellent customer support and Trust and safety folks.

Refund approved for paisapay 28252518091.
Buyer received the item claimed it broke while opening cap , we said we will send another.

On 1st feb we even sent the re-shipment details.
Ebay called at 4;13 pm on 2nd feb , we were busy on another call , and then refunded without calling back.
Their numbers we cannot call back.

Buyer got two products and refund also.
This is pathetic and very poor professionalism.

With such losses we need to think outside ebay for sure and increases prices on ebay to cover these losses.

@takgye, as a co-seller, we regret for the loss. Strange, how can they refund without your consent! Hoping you are true, its literally your money and one can't do as if they like as they have the mouse/keyboard in hand with such privileges.

To our knowledge, many of the T&S are not doing their duty in a right manner. They are doing some other work online and in a rush closing the issues without proper judgment. This may be just to show that they are working or to close their targets.

Hope you need to escalate this issue. Unfortunately, eBay don't have escalation matrix to resolve issues of its customers (buyer/seller).

Hope you should post full details on 'Feedback to eBay India Team' community and also over other eBay.com communities, if you don't get justice.

TIP: eBay should introduce Audit system on these T&S actions.

Ebay has to end up confirmation system.
Ebay need to create paypal like sytem.

We wrote to sharat@ebay.com as well.
But we are not very optimistic as normally ebay does not reply to such queries.

NDA1198167 is delivered at HYDERABAD on Monday, January 24
NDA1198175 is delivered at HYDERABAD on Wednesday, February 02,

The request was approved because: Item not received verified on Feb 2, 2011 at 5:46 PM.

This was because our phone was busy when ebay called.
Are we expected to keep our phone Not busy or atleast they should call from a number where we can call back.

The system is not robust for sure.

@india.sales and takgye, write to eBay customer care from your email (CC yourself) asking them to give explanation of the T & S executive who acted on your money without your consent.

Keep on mailing them until you get proper answer. May be atlease one of your mail will reach non-dumb, intelligent, understanding, genuine T & S executive. So that it don't get repeated again.

@takgye, we don't know who is Sharat. But better way is to put over the Feedback to eBay community page. Urge them in mails that you need your money and to be deducted from the executives salary or eBay profits. Say them and ask them to treat it as 'their (eBay) Business Loss'.

eBay should come up with escalation matrix to address issues of Sellers/Buyers. Also, need to have an audit on the T & S actions on the accounts.

May be, request buyer to send money, surely, he should send.
