really embarrassing..
i have sold a mobile worth 8700 to a buyer. he received the item and gave me positive feed back as " item as described "
the very next day, he listed the same mobile over ebay using a different id. actually he did not have the intention of using the mobile.
as the mobile he listed is not sold, now, he placed a claim under eBay protection plan. that he need a refund. and he mentioned the reason as " item not as described "..
sellers, please be careful about these kind of fraud buyers. they are taking the advantage of ebay protection plan.
what wold ebay say for this kind of claims? any suggestions please?
