Cant accept feedback policy from ebay. It sucks specially for ebay india. My account was restricted for 1 month for no reason. Product held by octroi and buyer do not want to pay charges (negative feedback), There was heavy rains so delivery a bit late (neutral feedback) account restricted. WOW!! ebay will not see your past records and your feedbacks but just coz of these feedbacks they will act.
