Regarding Ungenuine Negative Feedbacks

Hello All ,

Please suggest what is to be done with un-genuine negative feedback's.its a issue for us.

any new buyer can come and without knowing the feedback policy he or she leave negative feedback.we try to reach the buyer to resolve the issue but there is no response or activity from him .

Please help

    Saw a feedback in your profile left by a buyer kray3220

    Seems buyer is not satisfied. See the buyer's feedback profile. He/she had left good feedbacks when satisfied.

    All it depends on Buyer's satisfaction. I think what he left is GENUINE Negative. He is not a new buyer.

    What you can do is just Try to call your buyer/ leave him/her SMS to sort out any type of issues and also leave an eBay message that if he/she is not 100% satisfied to contact u back.

    Otherwise i should even say that Buyers must contact seller before leaving such negatives.

    I agree - it should be policy to at least have contact with seller before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Several times, when we try to get back and reach buyers, we are unable to though we try all channels.
