Seemak, Please fix this issue immediately. This is not limited to
sellers with gmail accounts and occurs with other email provider
accounts also. Moreover, the issue is now sporadic. Sometimes, we get
mails and sometimes we do not!

That should normally be the case. However, eBay says that result of ebay
claims can't decide the removal of negative or neutral feedback. Very
unfortunate!!!
I agree - it should be policy to at least have contact with seller
before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Several times, when we try
to get back and reach buyers, we are unable to though we try all
channels.
